Today I come to show you the "haul" of the new collection by Nabla Cosmetics: Butterfly Valley.
All the products in this collection are suitable for vegans.

Las sombras contienen 2'5 gr. de producto, y los labiales, a pesar de parecer pequeños, traen 4'2gr. de producto (en MAC vienen 3gr.). 

The eyeshadows contain 2.5 gr of product, and the lipstick, although they seem small, have 4'2gr. of product (MAC lipsticks have 3g. of product per lipstick).

Empezaré enseñando las sombras, que se pueden usar tanto en seco como en mojado.
La primera es Wild Side, un marrón medio de acabado mate precioso. Es un tono muy básico que me encanta para diario. La sombra Narciso de la marca es más clara y más rosada.

I will start showing you the eyeshadows, which can be used dry or wet.
The first one is Wild Side, a medium brown with a lovely matte finish. It is a very basic shade that I love for everyday looks. Narciso, by the same brand, is paler and pinker.

Unrestricted es una sombra muy especial. Se trata de una sombra duocromática con base ciruela/burdeos y muchísimos destellos dorados. Me parece una sombra perfecta para looks de noche, y la pigmentación es buenísima. Aquí se ve más marrón, pero en la foto del final podréis ver que una vez aplicada sobre la piel se aprecia mucho más el tono rojizo.

Unrestricted is a very special shade. It is a duochrome shade with a plum/burgundy base and lots of golden glitter. I looks like a perfect shade for evening looks, and the pigmentation is awesome. Here it looks more brown, but at the end of this post you have the swatches on my arm, and you can see that once applied to the skin its reddish tone is much appreciated.

Peach Velvet es un naranja melocotón pastel precioso de acabado mate. Me recuerda un poco a la famosísima Peach Smoothie de Makeup Geek que todo el mundo adora para transiciones, aunque Peach Velvet parece más clara (no tengo la de MUG para comparar).

Peach Velvet is a beautiful pastel peach with a matte finish. It reminds me to the famous Peach Smoothie eyeshadow by Makeup Geek that everyone loves to use as a transition shade, although Peach Velvet seems paler (I do not have the MUG one to compare).

Moonrise es un gris plomo con un toque violáceo, y con shimmer. Como todas las sombras, tiene una pigmentación muy buena.

Moonrise is a lead-gray with a violet touch, and shimmer. Like all the eyeshadows, it has a very good pigmentation.

Lilac Wonder es un púrpura claro con reflejo azul, morado, lila y blanquecino. Es una sombra muy luminosa. 

Lilac Wonder is a light purple with blue, purple, lilac and white shimmer. It is a very luminous shade.

Por último está Pegasus, una sombra duocromo de color lavanda pastel con un intenso reflejo en champagne. Me parece una sombra súper especial, y es de mis preferidas de la colección.

Finally I have Pegasus, a duochrome pastel lavender shade with a strong reflection in champagne. I think it is a super special shade and is my favorite of this collection.

En cuanto a los labiales, en esta colección sacaron dos nuevos Diva Crime: Balkis y Beverly.
Balkis es un tono muy de los 90, un rosa amarronado precioso.
Beverly es un tono frambuesa.
Me encanta la formulación de estos labiales. Os enseñé algunos más en el anterior post que dediqué a la marca. 

Regarding the lipsticks, in this collection they brought out two new Diva Crime: Balkis and Beverly.
Balkis is a very 90s shade, a beautiful brownish pink.
Beverly is a raspberry shade.
I love the formulation of these lipsticks. I showed you some more in the previous post I dedicated to the brand.

Aquí podéis ver swatches de los mismos. Son muy pigmentados (cobertura total en una pasada), y huelen muy bien.

Here you can see swatches of them. They are highly pigmented (total coverage in one swipe), and the smell is so pleasant.

Estoy muy muy contenta con los productos que he podido ir probando de la marca, y os la recomiendo totalmente. Además, me encanta que sea una empresa consciente y, además de ser cruelty-free, la mayor parte de sus productos sean veganos.

I am really happy with the products I've got got from this brand, and I totally recommend it. Also, I love to know that they are a conscious company, and besides being cruelty-free, most of their products are vegan.

Nabla Cosmetics | Diva Crime Haul (Vegan!)

Hoy vengo a enseñaros un "haul" de los nuevos labiales de Nabla Cosmetics, ya que me han mandado algunos, y como estábamos todas como locas con ellos por Instagram, he decidido subiros fotos de los que he recibido para que podáis ver cómo son, y mis primeras impresiones, por si acaso alguna quiere picar antes de que termine el descuento (el 7 de Mayo).
Se trata de una nueva colección de labiales llamada Diva Crime. Son de acabado mate, y además ¡son veganos! Esto quiere decir que no sólo son cruelty-free, sino que además no contienen ningún ingrediente de origen animal (como podrían ser la cera, la lanolina o el carmín).
Me ha llamado mucho la atención el hecho de que son bastante "pequeños" (un dedo y algo más bajitos que los de MAC), pero, sin embargo, traen bastante cantidad: 4'2gr. (en MAC vienen 3gr., y mi Dolce Vita de NARS tiene 3'4gr.). El packaging es como de acero, y parece muy resistente.

Today I'm going to show you a 'haul' of the new lipsticks by Nabla Cosmetics, because they have sent me some of them, and as we were all like crazy about them all over Instagram, I decided to upload some pictures of the lipsticks that I've received so you can see how they look, and know my first impressions, in case any want to take advantage of their sale before it finishes (on May 7th).
This is a new collection of lipsticks named Diva Crime. They have a matte finish, and they are vegan! This means that not only their products are cruelty-free, but also, this lipsticks do not contain any ingredients derived from animals (as in the case of beeswax, lanolin or carmine).
It has come to my attention the fact that they are quite "small" (a finger smaller than MAC), but, however, they have a great amount of product: 4'2gr. (MAC lipsticks come with 3g., and my Dolce Vita by NARS has 3'4gr.). The packaging is steel-like, and seems very sturdy.

La colección consta de nueve tonos (yo tengo 5) que, según la marca, combinan el acabado mate con una textura fundente, fina, y ligera, que cubre a la primera pasada. Cuando se aplica el labial, es algo más brillante, y pasados unos minutos se seca, dejando un acabado aterciopelado.

The collection consists of nine shades (I have 5 of them), that, as the brand says on its website, combine a matte finish with a light texture, covering the lips with just one swipe. When we apply them to the lips, they look somewhat shinnier, and after a few minutes they dry, leaving a velvety finish.

Álter Ego es un fucsia oscuro (rosa amaranto). Me recuerda al All Fired Up de Mac, aunque quizá el de Mac sea algo más rosado y vibrante (juzgando por las fotos).

Alter Ego is a dark fuchsia (pink amaranth). It reminds me of All Fired Up by Mac, although AFU may be more pink and vibrant judging by the pictures online.

Domina es un ciruela oscuro con un punto rojizo. Es similar al Diva de Mac, aunque el Diva es más rojizo, y Domina es más ciruela (os subiré comparativa si queréis).

Domina is a dark plum with a touch of red. It is similar to Diva by Mac, although Diva is redder, and Domina is more plum (I'll upload a comparative if you want).

Ombre Rose lo describen como un rosa viejo con un punto malva. Es más anaranjadito/cálido que el Whipped Caviar de Nyx.

Ombre Rose is described as an old pink with mauve undertones. It looks a bit more orange/warm than Whipped Caviar by Nyx.

Portrait es un coral suave anaranjado (¿coral melocotón?).

Portrait is a soft orange coral (coral peach?).

Rouge Mon Amour es un rojo con subtono azulado, lo que ayuda a que los dientes se vean más blancos. Es más brillante y menos oscuro que el Russian Red de Mac.

Rouge Mon Amour is a red with blue undertones, which helps to make the teeth look whiter. It is brighter and less dark than Russian Red by Mac.

Obviamente no me ha dado tiempo a probarlos en condiciones, pero puedo deciros que al aplicarlos, la textura en el labio es muy agradable (nada reseca), y que tiñen el labio (el labio o donde los pongáis... yo tuve que restregarme bien el brazo con desmaquillante para quitar los swatches). Pigmentan fantásticamente.

Obviously I haven't had time to test them properly, but I can tell you that when applied, the texture on the lip is very nice (not dry), and they stain the lips (the lips, or wherever you swatch them... I had to rub my arm with makeup remover to get rid of the swatches). The pigmentation is stunning.

ColourPop | Lippie Stix (Vegan!)

¡Feliz viernes!
Hoy vengo a hablaros de los Lippie Stix de ColourPop. Para quien desconozca la marca, se trata de una marca estadounidense con productos de muy buena calidad a un buen precio. Estos Lippie Stix cuestan 5$ cada uno, que me parece un precio fantástico, y tienen "clones" de marcas de alta gama, y marcas que no son cruelty-free. Además, tanto sus labiales como sus lápices de labios son todos veganos, y la mayoría de sus coloretes y sombras también, salvo algunas excepciones. Hoy os enseñaré los cuatro que compramos Alba y yo.
Debo aclarar que todavía no hacen envíos a España, pero se pueden pedir por Shipito.

Today I come to speak about the Lippie Stix by ColourPop. For those who are unfamiliar with the brand, it is an american brand with high quality products at a good price. These Lippie Stix cost $5 each, which seems like a great price for me, and they have "dupes" of high-end brands and other brands which are not cruelty-free. In addition, both their lip liners and their lipsticks are all vegan, and most of their blushes and shadows too, with some exceptions. Today I will show the four Lippie Stix that I bought with Alba.
I should say that they still don't ship to Spain, but you can order via Shipito.

Los labiales que escogimos eran todos de acabado mate, menos Bunny, que es de acabado perlado. Aun así, he de deciros que el acabado de los "matte" yo lo describiría como satinado. Son muy cómodos de llevar, ya que al aplicarlos tienen una textura cremosa, y no siento que me resequen el labio. La pigmentación de los matte que compramos es opaca, sin embargo el de acabado "perlado" no tiene esa opacidad.

The lipsticks we choose had all a matte finish, except Bunny, which has a perlized finish. Still, I must say that I would describe the finish of their "matte" lipsticks as satin. They are very comfortable to wear because they have a creamy texture and they don't feel dry on the lips. The pigmentation of the matte lipsticks that we bought is opaque, however the "pearlized" finish does not have the same opacity.

Vienen en un packaging de cartón blanco con texto holográfico, y el color del labial viene indicado con una pegatina sobre el mismo. Cada labial contiene 1gr. de producto, que, si os soy sincera, me parece bastante poco, aunque bien es cierto que rara vez acabo un labial, y prefiero pagar poco y tener muchos colores, que pagar más por mayor cantidad en otra marca, tener menor variedad en mi colección, y que se me caduquen sin poder terminarlos.

They come in a white cardboard packaging with holographic lettering, and the color of the lipsticks is indicated with a sticker on it. Each lipstick contains 1g. of product, which, if I'm honest, it is not much, although it is true that I rarely finish a lipstick, and I rather pay a smaller amount and have many colors, than pay more for more amount in another brand, have less variety in my collection, and see how they expire before I finish tem.

Ahora vayamos a los colores.
El primero de ellos es Feminist, un morado muy oscuro que recuerda al Cyber de Mac, aunque diría que es más potente. El color es clon del labial líquido mate 'Potion' de Anastasia Beverly Hills.

Now lets see the colors!!
The first one is Feminist, a very dark purple reminiscent of Mac's Cyber, but I would say this is darker. The color is a dupe for the mate liquid lipstick in 'Potion' by Anastasia Beverly Hills.

El siguiente es Bunny, un verde medio con pequeño shimmer en verde. Es el menos opaco de todos, y recomendaría comprar el lápiz de labios del mismo tono, que también venden en su web. Es prácticamente clon del labial Serpentina de LimeCrime.

The next one is Bunny, a medium green with small green shimmer. It is the least opaque of them all, and I would recommend buying the lip pencil of the same color, which they also sell on their website. It is almost a dupe for Lime Crime's Serpentine.

Lumière es el labial que creó Kathleen Lights en colaboración con ColourPop. Es un labial rosado con un punto malva precioso. Es clon del labial Anna de NARS.

Lumière is the lipstick that Kathleen Lights created in collaboration with ColourPop. It is a mauvy dusty pink lipstick. It's a dupe for Anna by NARS.

Por último está Pitch, un color marrón chocolate oscuro. Tenía dudas sobre si comprar o no este color, ya que es bastante diferente a los labiales que tengo en mi colección, pero estoy muy contenta. Al ser un labial tan oscuro, recomendaría también comprar el lápiz a juego para perfilar el labio.

Finally we have Pitch, wich is a dark chocolate brown. I have my doubts about whether or not to buy this color because it is quite different from the lipsticks I have in my collection, but I'm very happy I purchased it. Being such a dark lipstick I would also recommend buying the matching pencil to outline the lip.

Y aquí tenéis los cuatro (de izquierda a derecha): Feminist (matte), Bunny (perlized), Lumière (matte) y Pitch (matte). Como podéis ver, los labiales "matte" de la marca son cremosos.

And here you have the swatches (left to right): Feminist (matte), Bunny (perlized), Lumière (matte) and Pitch (matte). As you can see, the "matte" lipsticks from this brand are creamy.

Estos labiales me duran bastante puestos. Comiendo y bebiendo tengo que reaplicar en unas 4 horas.

This lipsticks last well on me. If I drink and it I have to reaply in about 4 hours.

Makeup Geek | Foiled Eyeshadows

¡Feliz martes a todas!
Hoy os traigo por fin el review de las nuevas Foiled Eyeshadows de Makeup Geek. Ya sabéis que Makeup Geek es una de mis marcas de sombras de ojos preferida, y estas nuevas sombras son impresionantes. ¡Su aplicación en seco es tan increíble que parece que las estemos aplicando en mojado! La pigmentación es alucinante, y el acabado es muy brillante. Llevo probándolas un tiempo, aunque me enamoraron desde el primer momento.

Today I'm here to speak about the new Foiled Eyeshadows by Makeup Geek. You know that Makeup Geek is one of my favorite brands of eye shadows, and these new shadows are just beyond amazing. In dry application they are so incredible that it seems that we are applying them wet! The pigmentation is out of this world, and the finish is really metallic. I've been testing them for a while, although I fell in love when I swatched them for the very first time.

La primera de las sombras es Flame Thrower, un tono naranja cobrizo.

The first of the shadows is Flame Thrower, a coppery orange shade.

In The Spotlight es un melocotón muy claro/blanquecino y súper brillante.

In The Spotlight is a really pale and super bright peach.

Grandstand es un tono marrón cálido con un subtono "oro rosa", y brillo metalizado.

Grandstand is a warm brown shade with a "rose gold" undertone and metallic sheen.

Showtime es un rojo amarronado con algún destello plateado. Es la menos metalizada de todas.

Showtime is a dark wine brown with silver sparkle. This one doesn't look as metallic as the others.

Mesmerized es un color marrón topo con subtono violáceo. Es una especie de "primo zumosol" de la Satin Taupe de Mac, mucho más pigmentada y brillante.

Mesmerized is a taupe brown with a purple undertone. It's like a more pigmented, metallic and improved version of Satin Taupe by Mac.

No tengo una buena cámara de vídeo, así que la calidad de mis vídeos no es muy allá... pero he querido grabar el vídeo para que podáis ver los swatches "en directo" (sí, aprieto bastante el dedo porque tenía la cámara entre mis brazos y me costaba un poco estar swatcheando las sombras a la vez, sorry!)

I don't have a good video camera, so the quality of my videos is not quite there... but I wanted to shoot the video so you can see the swatches (yes, I press my finger a bit hard because I had the camera between my arms and I struggled to swatch the shadows and record at the same time, sorry!)

Estoy totalmente enamorada de estas sombras, y, si podéis, os recomiendo que os hagáis con alguna de ellas, porque estoy segura de que no os arrepentiréis. Creo que son las mejores sombras que he probado.
