España es un país en el que abunda la gente a la que le gusta ir a la playa, tomar el sol sobre la arena y ponerse morena. Pero, ¿qué pasa con las personas pálidas de nuestro país, gente de piel blanca o rosada, cuyo ADN impide totalmente "coger colorcito", o a las que simplemente nos gusta mantener nuestro tono natural inalterado, sin exponernos a los peligros del sol o a las manos de pintura de los falsos morenos? ¿Qué pasa con todas aquellas que, independientemente de nuestra ascendencia, somos pálidas? ¿Acaso tenemos que rendirnos a la "moda del bronceado"? ¿Es que no tenemos derecho a gustarnos del color que somos?
Comprendemos que aquí es de lo más normal tener lo que llaman un "moreno saludable", pero las que no formamos parte de ese gusto por el bronceado, nos las vemos crudas para poder encontrar bases de maquillaje acorde con nuestro tono de piel. Y, como nosotras, imaginamos que habrá otras muchas personas con el mismo problema.
Si en el cole te llamaban Cásper, si te has recorrido tiendas y tiendas de "potingues" y el tono más claro que tenían siempre te quedaba oscuro, o si simplemente eres una no-muerta a la que le gusta ponerse mona (¡un saludo, vampiros del cyberespacio!), sin duda, éste es tu blog.
Y si no lo eres, pues también. Al fin y al cabo, en nuestra continua búsqueda de maquillajes para las "blancanieves españolas", encontrarás reviews de productos que también tú podrás utilizar y/o encontrar para tu tono de piel.
Nosotras somos Lys, Landa y Miria (*ahora ya sólo Lys), dos diseñadoras y una maquilladora, y os mostraremos a través de éste blog nuestro recorrido hacia el maquillaje definitivo, que esperamos que sea "la leche" (bada-pss).
Spain is a country full of people who love going to the beach, sunbathing on the sand and get tan. But what happens with pale people in our country, people with white or pinkish skin, whose DNA prevents to get tan, or those ones who simply like to keep our natural shade unchanged, without exposing to the dangers of the sun or coats of fake tan? What about all those who, regardless of our ancestry, are pale? Do we have to surrender to the "fashion of tanning"? Don't we have the rights to like ourselves the color that we are?
We understand that this is very normal to have what they call a "healthy tan", but those ones who don't take part of that love for tanning, have such a hard time trying to find foundations according to our skin tone in Spain. And, like us, we imagine that there will be many others with the same problem.
If at school you were called Casper, if you have gone through hundreds and hundreds of makeup stores, and the lighter shade that they had always remained too dark for you, or if you're just one modern undead who likes to feel cute (greetings, vampires of the cyberspace!), without doubt, this is your blog.
