Project Pan 2018 | Bases y Correctores (Intro)

¡¡Feliz 2018!!

Happy 2018! How are those New Year's resolutions going? I come to propose one! Spending products from our collections! I'm going to start a "Project Pan" for this new year (#shirayukisprojectpan), which consists of choosing products from our makeup/cosmetics collection to use them continuously this year, and finish them. It is a good way both to know if there are products that we should throw directly away, and to use up those products that remain forgotten in the bottom of a drawer.

NOTICE: This project pan includes products that are not cruelty-free and products that are not vegan-friendly. The explanation of the reasons of this is in the video of my channel, but, in summary, there are products that were already in my makeup collection before going vegan, and before entering in China, and I want to use them up, since they have already been paid.

You already have the first, second and third part on my channel, with extended information throughout this post. I hope you like it, and that you join the project!

Working on the translation. Please, come back later!

Working on the translation. Please, come back later!

Working on the translation. Please, come back later!

Working on the translation. Please, come back later!

Working on the translation. Please, come back later!

Working on the translation. Please, come back later!

Working on the translation. Please, come back later

Working on the translation. Please, come back later

Working on the translation. Please, come back later

Working on the translation. Please, come back later

Working on the translation. Please, come back later

Working on the translation. Please, come back later!

Luxuria Cosmetics

Happy Wednesday, girls!
Today I come to tell you about a cruelty-free brand without parabens: Luxuria Cosmetics. In addition, many of their products are vegan, and they even have a tab on their website for people interested in vegan cosmetics.
Today I will review for all the products except the mascara.
I hope you like as much as me!

The first product I am going to talk about is a cream blush. It is very easy to work with both with our fingers or a brush, but I prefer to use it with my fingers, so it doesn't get as "dity-looking".
By itself it lasts me about 4 hours on the skin, and when it starts to fade, it does it evenly. We can also mattify it after with another powder blush over it, or use it as a base for other blushes, to make them last longer on our skin.

This particular shade is called Feisty, a lovely pink that looks really great on fair skin.
The finish is dewy, so if you do not like this type of finish, you could use some powder over it. It contains 4 grams of product, and has a shelf life of 12 months.
They have 6 different shades and each blush is priced at $16'95 (just over 12 €).

The following product has exactly the same packaging, and it is the concealer of the brand. The texture is harder than the cream blush, and, instead, it leaves a more matte appearance in the skin. It contains vitamin E, and is suitable for use both on blemishes and for the dark circles. It reminds me of the Mac Studio Finish Concealer, so I do not recommend them for the area of the undereye, as being a bit harder they tend to crease on this area.

My shade in particular is the fairiest one, the Neutral Fair. In the picture you can see  it alongside with the Mac Studio Finish Concealer in NC15. Although the picture may not be well appreciated (in person was even more obvious...), as you can see, the Mac concealer is a bit dark for me at this time of year (and that is way lighter than their foundations in the same shade...). However, the one by Luxuria Cosmetics fits much better my shade, and it is way more neutral.

I was "lucky " to have a "small accident" in my face with a microdermabrasion machine, and the result is what you can see on the picture: I filled my face with bloody and painful red stripes, which, moreover, did subsequently wound and get worse and even more apparent.
On the right you can see my skin after applying the concealer by Luxuria Cosmetics. As you can see , the change is quite radical, and it is a concealer that I highly recommend, although I must also say that when I have to correct blemishes with more volume is a bit more laborious to apply until I get the result I want.
The truth is that since Mac started to test on animals, I was worried about not finding a similar product to my Studio Fix Concealer, because when I use lower coverage foundations, a good concealer is essential for me, but I found in Luxuria Cosmetics a perfect substitute, cruelty-free, paraben-free , and also much cheaper.
They have 5 different shades, and they contain 5 grams of product. The expiration, like the cream blush, is 12 months, and is priced at $14'99 ( does not reach the 11 € ).

Now I will show you some of their vegan products. The first is its mineral powder on the Mineral Light shade.
First of all, say that I choose the wrong product because I was looking for a powder with a matte finish, and this have a dewy finish. I had never seen a mineral powder makeup with a dewy finish, and I was quite surprised, so if you like this type of finish, I encourage you to try them.

All the jars are properly sealed, and with the right number of holes so that the product comes out, but without coming out too much and getting everywhere, as it happens with other brands.
The coverage is sheer, but can be modulated to achieve a medium coverage.

In my case, I use them as a highlighting powder, and I really love them, though it was not the use that I intended to give to this product originally.
They contain quite a lot of product, namely 28 grams and they are priced at $35'95 (about €26). They also sell a mattifying powder, which was what I thought at one point was going to be this product, and cost $33'95.
As with the light that I have now in winter I have not managed to get either the effect of the powder, I've left a video on Instagram where you can see how beautiful they are applied as a highlighter.

Finally, I will show you some vegan eye products.
The jar format is the same, but smaller. They contain 3 grams of product.
On the left side you have one of their mineral eyeliners, the black one (they also have a dark brown). On the right you have two shades of mineral eyeshadows, the shades named Volcano and Coast, and you can find 21 different shades of mineral eyeshadows on their website.

I am completely in love with this products.
Coast is a skin shade on me with tiny sparkles that bring a lot of brightness, perfect for pinup looks.
Volcano is a burgundy shade with a beautiful shine, which works very well with the green eyes, although personally I think it's a shade that goes with any eye color.
The eyeliner is a very black matte black.
If you see the image I think words are unnecessary.

All swatches that you see have been made as they are, without any eyeshadow base or mixing, so you can see that the pigmentation of these products is, in my opinion, unbeatable.
The shadows are priced at $14'99 (do not reach the €11), and the eyeliners cost $16'95 (just over €12).
I recommend them without a doubt.

Favoritos - Noviembre '13

Today I bring, a week late, my November favorites.
They may seem too many, but they are products that I have used almost daily.
I hope you like them!

The two BB Creams that I've been using are the Skin79's Scandal Rose Vanilla, and the Green of the same brand. Both of them have become a "must" for me, and I'll upload a review on them soon. My only problem with the Green is that it hasn't enough coverage for my "bad days", so I have to use it with my concealer Neutral Fair concealer by Luxuria Cosmetics, which is another favorite of the month.

Scandal Rose Vanilla BB Cream (Skin79), Neutral Fair Concealer (Luxuria Cosmetics),
Green Super+ Beblesh Balm (Skin79).

My favorite eyeshadow base is the one by Neve Cosmetics, which you have seen a thousand times in my Instagram (I will also review it). I use very little amount in each application, and it gives a lot of power and increases the lasting of the eyeshadows. You can get any product from this brand with a 5% discount on Mimmakeup's website with the code SHIRAYUKIS that they have sent me for all my subscribers (and also the shipping to Spain is free).

My favorite highlighter for the month was undoubtedly the MeMeMe's one, which, as I showed, is a dupe of Benefit's High Beam.

Speaking about lips, my favorite one is my herbal lip balm from Moon Valley Organics, which is definitely my favorite in the whole world.

Mixing Medium & Eyeshadow Base (Neve Cosmetics), Beat The Blues Pearl Pink (MeMeMe),
Herbal Lip Balm (Moon Valley Organics).
To finish and mattify the makeup, my latest discovery have been the bamboo powder by Paese. They are translucent, and leave the skin soft and matte but without clogging pores. I have tried many others (from other brands such as Nars or Essence), and these are the ones I like the most without a doubt.

Bamboo Powder with Silk Proteins (Paese Cosmetics).

My "non-makeup" favorites have been the Original dry shampoo by Batiste, and the cleansing foam by Missha.
Batiste's dry shampoo has helped me to stop washing my hair everyday, and it is the best. I have four scents, but my favorite for this month has been the Original.
Missha's cleansing foam it's so gentle with my skin, and I will review it for you soon.
Original Dry Shampoo (Batiste), Creamy Latte Green Tea Cleansing Foam (Missha).

Favoritos - Octubre '13

Happy saturday! How did your weekend started?
As the month has come to its end, I come today to show you those who have been my favorites of October. There were other products that I've been loving and I wanted to include, but as I've only used them at the end of the month, I decided to leave them for the next favorites post.
Let's start!

First I will talk you about my favorite blushes. I am a blush junkie, and I was struck that, having as many blushes as I have, I've been using the most economic ones, proving that we don't always have to spend much money to have a good product.
My two favorite blushes of this month were the two from the bottom: the Rose Nacré by Avril Beauté, and the New York by Fashionista. Both are blushes that work with virtually any outfit, and they are great for everyday.
There aren't blushes with excessive pigmentation, so they work great for me for those days that I make up in a hurry, and so I can use a good dab of blush without fear of looking like Heidi.
The rest of the blushes from my Fashionista Palette have being well loved this month too, and I always use this palette when I don't want to think about what blush to use.

As for my favorite eyeshadows of the month, I have three obvious winners: the eyeshadow "like Mac's Club" from the Comfort Zone Palette by Wet n 'Wild for when I wanted a more dramatic/fun look, the eyeshado Moondust by Elf for daily looks, and my favorite black eyeshadow all over the world, Corrupt by Makeup Geek, perfect for outlining.

My favorite lipstick has been without doubt the NARS Dolce Vita. This is a sheer lipstick.
It's a sheer browny rose on my lips, leaving them natural but with a very healthy tone and some shine. I love it because it looks great with any look and is very comfortable to wear.

Regarding mascaras, these two work in pack for me.
The first is the Essence I Love Extreme mascara, my choice for the top lashes, but now that it is drying, it is starting to look a bit clumpy.
The other mascara is "Volumen Extremo" by By The Face, my favorite one for lower lashes.
Both are priced great.

My favorite product as a highlighter was de Mineral Light Mineral Powder by Luxuria Cosmetics.
They give a lot of light if you use them on your whole face, so I recommend it to all those you like "glowing skin" effect. Since I have oily skin (and lately, for some reason, more than usual), I use it as a highlighter, and I have to say that it is an amazing product.

This is a product I've been using less than a month, but I do not think that I need that intensive observation to include a hair tie it in my favorites.
These are the Invisibobble. They come in a three pack (in the picture there is one missing because I was wearing it), and I do not separate myself from them... They can be used on the hair without leaving a mark, or a mess. One problem I have is that when I do a ponytail, it leaves stronge marks on my hair, and then if I want to drop, it looks horrendous... With my long hair, I am continually dropping and picking it up so it does not bother me, so the Invisibobble have earned a permanent position on my wrist and my hair.

Finally, the brushes that undoubtedly have been the most used this month.
The first one is an eyeliner brush by Ecotools, and second one, the base shadow brush by Real Techniques. I have been using both of them almost daily with the eyeshadows that I previously showed you.

¿Coincidimos en alguno? ¿Cuáles han sido vuestros preferidos del mes?
Do we share any favorite? Which are your favorite products for this month?
