Primor | Haul Agosto '15

¡Buenas tardes, chicas! Hoy os traigo el último pedido que hice a Primor. Tengo que decir que, aunque todos los productos son de marcas que no testan en animales, algunos no sé al 100% si son veganos, y os lo indicaré a lo largo del post. ¡Espero que os guste!

Good afternoon, ladies! Today I'm here to show you the last order I made to Primor. I have to say that although none of this brands do test on animals, some products I'm not a 100% sure that are vegan, and I will let you know which ones along the post. I hope you like it!

Vi que habían traído la marca Jordana, lo cual me alegró muchísimo. Decidí probar uno de sus coloretes, en el tono 32 Rose Silk, ya que mirando la lista de ingredientes en otra web, no vi ninguno "no vegano". Sin embargo, al recibirlo, vi que en la pegatina de ingredientes pone que "puede contener carmín". No he sido capaz de encontrar ninguna lista donde indique qué coloretes de Jordana lo contienen y cuales no, así que si alguien pudiese ayudarme, se lo agradecería.
El colorete favorece un montón, es de acabado mate, y contiene 2'2gr. de producto por 2'99€. 

I saw that they had brought Jordan to their shop, which I was very happy about. I decided to try one of their blushes in the shade 32 Rose Silk as looking at the list of ingredients on another website, I did not see any "no vegan" ingredient. However, once I got it, I saw that the ingredients sticker says that it "may contain carmine". I have not been able to find any list where it indicates which blushes by Jordana contain carmine and which don't, so if anyone could help, I'd appreciate it.
The blush looks really great on my skin, has a matte finish, and contains 2'2gr. product for 2.99 €.

El siguiente producto fue una prebase para ojos que me recomendó una amiga, de la marca Makeup Revolution. Los ingredientes no he podido encontrarlos por ningún sitio. Creo que éste es un gran fallo por parte de las marcas, y deberían facilitar más las compras.
El primer que cogí fue el Focus & Fix Eye Primer en Mate. Se supone que es especial para sombras mate, pero yo lo uso con todo tipo de acabados. La verdad es que por 3'25€ no tenía grandes expectativas, y por ahora me ha sorprendido para bien.

The next product was an eye primer that a friend recommended to me, by the brand Makeup Revolution. I could not find the ingredients anywhere. This is such a let down on the part of manufacturers, and should provide more information about their products.
The one I took was the Focus & Fix Eye Primer in Matte. It is supposed to be special for matte shadows, but I use with all types of finishes. The truth is that for €3'25 I did not had high expectations, and so far it has surprised me for good.

En Primor trajeron nuevos tonos de la gama "Megalast" de Wet n' Wild (¡yuhuu!), y hay algunos tonos que son una pasada. El que compré yo me tiene totalmente enamorada, y ha sido uno de mis productos favoritos desde que me llegó. Se trata del Mochalicious, un clon del Verve de Mac, y un tono muy similar en los labios al Lolita de Kat von D (aunque swatcheados éste se ve bastante más amarronado). Todos lo labiales de ésta gama de WnW son vegan-friendly, y yo estoy súper contenta con ellos. Por 2'99€, os lo recomiendo totalmente.

Primor brought new shades from the "Megalast" range by Wet n 'Wild (yuhuu!), and there are some shades that look amazing. I'm totally in love with the one I bought, and has been one of my favorite products since I got it. Its name is Mochalicious, a dupe of Mac's Verve, and a very similar on the lips to Lolita by Kat von D (although swatched  side by side it is rather more brownish). All the lipsticks from WNW on this range are vegan-friendly, and I'm super happy with them. For €2'99, I totally recommend it.

Por último cogí el lápiz 05 Soft Berry de Essence, un tono prácticamente clon del Lolita de Kat von D, que funciona genial con el Mochalicious. A simple vista parece vegan-friendly, pero no sé si se me está escapando algún ingrediente de los "raros". No lleva carmín ni cera de abeja, que suele ser lo más común (¡bien!). Por 1'29€ que cuesta, os recomiendo pillarlo ya, porque en cuanto la gente se de cuenta de lo bonito que es el tono, y lo mucho que se parece al Lolita, no creo que tarden en volar. Es de acabado "mate", y se desliza fantásticamente por los labios.

Finally I bought the lip pencil in 05 Soft Berry by Essence, an almost-dupe to the Lolita shade by Kat von D, which works great with the Mochalicious. As far as I see it seems vegan-friendly, but I do not know if I am missing any ingredient. It does not contain carmine or beeswax, which are usually the most common non-vegan ingredients found on lip pencils (good!). For the €1.29 that it costs, I recommend to pick it now, because once people realize how nice this shade is, and how much it looks like Lolita, they will fly off the shelfs. It has a "matte" finish, and slides fantastically on the lips.

Favoritos - Abril '14

Ya estamos en Mayo, y por ello os traigo hoy el post de mis favoritos de Abril. ¡Espero que os gusten!

We are already in May, so today I bring you on this post my April Favorites.

Empezaré por el rostro, y este mes me ha dado por las bases minerales.
He usado la mayor parte del mes la base mineral de Lily Lolo en el tono Porcelain (16'49€ el bote grande aquí), que me encanta, pero me fui de puente, me dio el solecito, y tuve que cambiar a la base de Ocean Mist Cosmetics en el tono Vanilla (Fairiest Warm) (16'95€ el bote grande aquí, y review aquí).
Ambas son geniales, especialmente aplicadas con la brocha plana de las Metal Glam de Vanity Tools (7'95€ aquí, y review aquí).

I will start with face products, and this month I've been loving my mineral foundations. 
I've used most of the month the mineral foundation by Lily Lolo in the shade Porcelain (16'49€ the full size here), which I love, but I went on vacations, and I got a bit of a "tan", and had to change to the foundation by Ocean Mist Cosmetics in the shade Vanilla (Fairiest Warm) (16'95€ the full size here, and review here). 
Both are great, especially applied with the flat brush from the Metal Glam by Vanity Tools (7'95€ here and review here).

Respecto a ojos, empezaré por el Green Liner de Boho Green Revolution (11'50€ aquí, y review aquí).

Como máscara de pestañas , me ha estado encantado la Bio de Avril (7€ aquí, y review aquí), que al principio no me parecía nada del otro mundo, y me apelotonaba un poco las pestañas, pero con el uso me está encantando. Ahora que la fórmula se ha secado un poco, me deja las pestañas bien peinaditas. Lo mejor es que al ser un producto natural resulta muy fácil de desmaquillar, al igual que el eyeliner de Boho.

Como prebase de sombras he estado todo el mes usando una sombra en stick de Jordana en el tono 04 Continuous Almond (4'75€ aquí). Me aguanta las sombras sin pliegues durante horas, además de neutralizar el tono del párpado. Sería una versión  low-cost, en formato lápiz y cruelty-free de los Paintpot de Mac.

Regarding eyes, I will begin with the Green Liner by Boho Green Revolution (11'50€ here, and review here). 

As my mascara, I have been delighted with the Bio by Avril (7€ here, and review here), which initially did not seem anything special, and made my eyelashes look quite poor, but right now I'm really liking it. Now that the formula has dried a bit, leaves a very nice look on my eyelashes. The best thing is that being a natural product is very easy to remove, like the eyeliner from Boho. 


As a base to my eyeshadows I've been using all month a shadow stick by Jordana in the shade 04 Continuous Almond (4'75€ here). It holds with no creases my eyeshadows for hours, in addition to neutralizing the shade of the eyelid. It is like a low-cost, pencil form and cruelty-free version of the Paintpots by Mac.

En cuanto a sombras, he estado usando día sí y día también mis sombras de Makeup Geek (5'99$ aquí, y review aquí).

Otro favorito sería la paleta en la que las tengo, una paleta de 12 huecos de Coastal Scents que viene imantada (8'75€ aquí), por lo que las sombras de MUG se "pegan" a ella sin problemas. Además, tiene una pestañita junto a cada sombra para que sean más fáciles de sacar. Es resistente, y de buena calidad, y os la recomiendo completamente.

As for eyeshadows, I've been using day in and day out my Makeup Geek eyehadows ($5'99 here, and review here). 

Another favorite would be the palette in which I have them, a magnetized palette for 12 eyeshadows by Coastal Scents (8'75€ here), and since it is magnetized, the MUG shadows "stick" to it without problems. It also has a gap next to each eyeshadow to make them easier to remove. It's tough, and good quality, and I fully recommend it.

Para las mejillas he tirado un montón de la paleta Lace de Sleek, sobre todo del tono que veis a la izquierda (12'75€ aquí, y review aquí).

For the cheeks I've used a lot the Lace palette by Sleek, especially the shade that you see on the left (12'75€ here, and review here).

Y por último, unos favoritos "no maquilliles".
El primero de ellos sería el champú en seco de Batiste en Tropical (3'75€ el bote pequeño aquí, y review aquí). Era el que menos me gustaba de la marca, y empecé a usarlo este mes para gastarlo. Con el uso me ha ido gustando más y más, y el olor incluso ha llegado a agradarme (¿será por que recuerda al verano?).

En cuanto a desmaquillante, he estado usando un agua micelar de Cosmia Green (la marca de Alcampo) (unos 2 ó 3€). Me funciona genial, y por el precio repito una y otra vez.

Por último, mi perfume preferido del momento: el 53F de Larome (tipo Chloé) (20'50€ el bote grande aquí, review aquí). El olor es muy floral y dura todo el día.

And finally, a few non-makeup favorites.

The first one would be the Batiste Dry Shampoo in Tropical (3'75€ for a small one here, and review here). It was my least favorite from the brand, and started using it this month to finish it. With the use I've been liking it more and more, and I have even come to like the of it (maybe because it reminds me of summer?).

As for makeup remover, I have been using a micellar water by Cosmia Green (am Auchan brand) (about 2 or 3€). It works great, and for the price I repeat again and again.

Finally, my favorite perfume of the moment: the 53F by Larome (like Chloé) (20'50€ for 100ml here, review here). The smell is very floral and lasts all day.

Haul 88 Colores - Marzo '14

¡Feliz lunes, chicas!
Hoy vengo a enseñaros unas compras a la web 88 Colores de hace unas semanas, ya que pusieron envío gratis para pedidos superiores a 15€, y aproveché con Vero para hacer un pedido.
En la web tienen muchísimas marcas, entre ellas algunas que hasta ahora no se encontraban fácilmente en España como Lime Crime, Jordana, BH Cosmetics, LA Colors o Milani.
En el haul no entraré en demasiado detalle con los productos, pero si queréis review de alguno en concreto, no tenéis más que pedirlo.

Today I come to show you my last haul on 88 Colores website from a few weeks ago, because they were offering free shipping, and Vero and I placed an order. 

In this website they have many brands, including some that are not easily found in Spain as Lime Crime, Jordana, BH Cosmetics, LA Colors or Milani. 

In this haul I will not go into too much detail with the products, but if you want me to review any of them,you just have to ask.

Lo primero con lo que caí fueron las sombras en formato lápiz jumbo de la marca Jordana, y ahora me arrepiento de no haber cogido más. Cogí los tonos 03 Tenacious Brown y 04 Continuous Almond. Ambos son tonos mate, son cremosos, se difuminan con el dedo a la perfección, y una vez se fijan, duran intactos todo el día, además de ser resistentes al agua. ¿Alguien da más?
Yo estoy encantadísima, y aunque el precio sea "elevado" respecto a lo que cuestan en EEUU, siguen siendo más baratos que los Long Lasting de Kiko, y viene más cantidad de producto: cuestan 4'75€, y traen 2.8 gramos. ¿La pega? Hay que sacarles punta, pero los recomiendo al 100%.

The first thing I bought were the eyeshadows pencil jumbos by the brand Jordana  and now I regret not buying more of them. 
I bought 03 Tenacious Brown and 04 Continuous Almond  Both are matte shades, creamy, fade perfectly with the finger, and once set, they last intact throughout the day, as well as being waterproof. Could they be better?
I am enchanted, and although the price is "high" relative to what they cost in the U.S., they are still cheaper than Kiko's Long Lasting, and they have more grams: they cost €4'75, and bring 2.8 grams. The downside? You have to sharpen them, but I recommend them a 100%.

Vero pidió un esmalte de uñas de la marca Kleancolor, que supuestamente huele a menta una vez aplicado. El tono es el Wave of Peppermint, aunque no tiene nada que ver la foto oficial con el tono real. Este tiene un precio de 2'95€, y podéis encontrar un montón de tonos y acabados distintos en la misma marca, a muy buen precio.

Vero ordered a nail polish from the brand Kleancolor  which supposedly smells like mint when applied. The shade is Wave of Peppermint  although the color of the official picture has nothing to do with the actual shade. This is priced at €2'95, and you can find plenty of shades and finishes in the same brand at a great price.

También se pidió un gloss de Lime Crime, ya que la marca está genial de precio en la web (prácticamente el mismo que en la web oficial, pero con un envío más barato y ahorrándonos las posibles aduanas).
En concreto, pidió el tono Candy Apple, un rojo con shimmer precioso, y opaco. Lo tienen rebajado a sólo 12'75€, y yo no descarto hacerme con algo de la marca, que tengo la espinita clavada desde hace tiempo.

She also ordered a Lime Crime lip gloss, since the brand has a great price on the website (about the same price from the official website, but with a cheaper shipping, and saving us the possible customs). 
Specifically, she picked the shade Candy Apple, a red with beautiful shimmer, and opaque. They have just lowered the price to €12'75, and may try something from the brand in the future, as I've been wanting to try it for so long.

Por último, nos pedimos un par de correctores de la marca L.A. Girl de los que habíamos oído hablar muy bien, yo en el tono Classic Ivory, y ella en el tono Creamy Beige. El tono más claro a mi me queda algo oscuro, así que supongo que me tocará esperar a verano para usarlo. El packaging no me gusta nada, ya que hay que apretar mucho para que salga el producto, y el tipo de aplicador que tiene no es de los que más me gustan (los prefiero "tipo gloss"). El producto en sí no lo he probado mucho, porque me queda oscuro ahora mismo, pero si funciona tan bien como he oído, de precio está genial: cuesta sólo 3'50€, por 8 gramos de producto.

Finally, we ordered a couple of concealers by the brand L.A. Girl which had very nice reviews, in the shades Classic Ivory (for me) and Creamy Beige  (for her). The lighter shade is a tad dark for me, so I guess I will have to wait until summer to use it. I really don't like the packaging because you have to push really hard to use the product, and the type of applicator it has is not like the ones I like (I prefer a "gloss type"). I have not tried much the product itself , as for me is dark right now, but if it works as well as I have heard, the price is great: it costs only €3,50 for 8 grams of product.

En la web trabajan como un catálogo, por lo que el pedido tarda en enviarse entre 7 y 15 días, así que hay que tener paciencia. A mi tardaron 11 días en enviármelo. El precio del envío creo que depende del peso (como os he dicho, yo pillé la promo de g.e. gratis), y tienen tres opciones disponibles: ordinario, con firma (certificado en pedidos superiores a 8€), o por ASM.

On the website they work as a catalog, and the order takes to be sent between 7 and 15 days, so you have to be patient. Mine took 11 days for being sent. Shipping price depends on the weight I think (as I said, when I ordered they have a free shipping promo), and they have three options available: standard, signed (certified on orders over €8), or by ASM.
